What is the Dulux ThinkTank community?
Dulux ThinkTank is a place for you to get rewarded for giving feedback to DuluxGroup about products and services they offer, and to share tips and knowledge with other trade professionals.
How do I give some feedback directly to Dulux?
If you would prefer to speak directly with Dulux, please get in touch with the Dulux Help and Advice team, who are on hand to listen and action your queries. Help and Advice is a free-call 13 23 77. You can also send an email to dulux.customer.service@dulux.com.au
How are my survey responses handled?
Survey responses are collated and analysed collectively by The Evolved Group and are then presented and used by key team members in Dulux, who will then use this data to make informed decisions on how to improve Dulux products and services.
At Dulux ThinkTank we respect the privacy of your personal information in our care and abide by The Privacy Act 1988, including the thirteen Australian Privacy Principles, which apply to Dulux.

Will I get to see the results?
We will provide you with regular updates on what we have learnt, as well as the impact some of your responses may have made to different products and services that Dulux and DuluxGroup hold.
Who manages the Dulux ThinkTank community?

Will you respond to every post on community?
In short, no. Dulux ThinkTank is a place for you to discuss ideas with others, and for Dulux to listen to that discussion. The team at Dulux ThinkTank will read every post, and where we can add value, we will comment.
If an idea of mine is implemented, will I get credit?
If an idea of yours is implemented, we may give you credit on our community but we won’t be providing compensation to members if we use an idea discussed on Dulux ThinkTank.

How do I register to be part of the Dulux ThinkTank community?
Dulux trade account holders can register by going to www.duluxthinktank.com.au and clicking the “Register as new member” link. Please register by providing us with your first name, last name and email address and agreeing
Terms and Conditions and our
Privacy Statement
Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive an email confirming your email address and a link that will direct you to the Dulux ThinkTank site.
From there we’d love you to fill out some profile information so we can get to know you better and can tailor the most relevant content for you.
How do I update my details?
You can update your details at any time via your
My Profile page.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points on Dulux ThinkTank by completing activities (polls and surveys). You might receive anything between 50 and 2000 points for completing an activity.
What can I do with my points?
Points accumulate and can be redeemed for eGift Cards via GiftPay. The more you take part, the more you receive! Once you have accumulated at least $10 worth of points, you can redeem them (see details below). The below table can help you calculate the redemption value of your points:

Your points can be redeemed in $10 increments and do not expire as long as Dulux ThinkTank is operating its rewards program. If at any time Dulux ThinkTank changes the rewards program, you will be notified in advance via email and given an opportunity to use your points.
To view your current points balance, you can click on My Account in the top right-hand corner of the page, and then My Rewards at any time.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you have enough points to be redeemed, just go to the My Rewards page under
My Account.
How will I receive my eGift Card?
Your reward will be emailed to you when you redeem it. The email will have a link to the GiftPay website where you select your gift card(s). If you do not receive the email containing the link, please get in touch with support@giftpay.com and they will be able to reissue the link to you.
Where can I use my eGift Card?
GiftPay cards come in a range of values and from many major retailers including: Amazon; Apple iTunes; Bunnings, and BCF. A full list of the currently available rewards and charities can be viewed

Be respectful of other members of community
We encourage all members of Dulux ThinkTank to share their thoughts and experiences openly. Members are expected to be respectful of other members. Content deemed to be offensive, abusive, harassing, untrue or unkind will be removed from Dulux ThinkTank.

Is it free?
Yes, the app is free to download. You will need a data plan or access to a Wi-Fi network to login and complete activities.
Will the look & feel of surveys and activities change when using the app?
If you are used to accessing Dulux ThinkTank from the mobile website, the app will look very similar. If you are used to accessing Dulux ThinkTank from a desktop, you will notice some differences.
Why use the app?
Using the app you can check in at your local store and get more relevant activities sent straight to the you. You can complete activities, as well as upload photos and tips on the go.

If I only partially complete a survey on my mobile, can I then finish it on my computer?
Yes, as long as the survey is still running, you can pick up right where you left off.
How do I leave the community?
We’ll be sad to see you leave, but if Dulux ThinkTank is really not your thing, please click the
My Account page then on the
Profile button and click the ‘Unsubscribe’ button.
